Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a CSR, you'll dazzle your customers with your accurate and efficient service, and be ready to engage in conversation about anything. Your customers will be impressed with your wealth of local knowledge, your positive attitude and your desire to go the extra mile.
You'll be a great multi-tasker, eager to learn, and keen to ensure you fulfil all of our HSSE and Food Safety obligations. You'll need to be prepared to work in a sole-charge situation for a large part of your working week.
Our CSR's work Rotational Shifts meaning everyone works their share of mornings (generally 6am to 2pm) and evenings (generally 2pm to 10pm). We are open every day, so you'll need to be prepared to work your share of weekends and public holidays.
Customer Service Representative - Graveyard (CSR)
On the 'Graveyard Shift' (usually 11pm to 7am), your customers still expect the same high level of service that they receive during the day. In addition to this, you'll need to make sure that the store is sparkling clean, and well stocked ready to start a new day.
You'll be sole-charge, often at very quiet times of the night, so you'll need to be able to self-motivate and prioritise your tasks.
You'll be an integral part of the team, and will thrive on completing tasks that make life easier for your day shift colleagues.
As our Barista, you'll have knack for turning our unique Kiwi-roasted Rainforest Alliance Certified™ Arabica beans into a delicious Z Espress coffee. You'll be the superstar on site when it comes to making hot drinks, including training the team to provide the same high quality when you're not there.
You'll be the expert for everything Food and Coffee, ensuring our fastidious hygiene and presentations standards are met.
The Forecourt Concierge is there to meet and greet our customers as they roll on to the forecourt. Your smile will be contagious. You'll have a real passion for people, and will go out of your way to make sure that every visit to Z is one they'll remember.
You'll fuel customers’ vehicles, wash windscreens and pump tyres, all while engaging in sparkling conversation with your customers.
You'll ensure that our high level of forecourt presentation are met, and be conscious of the HSSE requirements of the role.
Our sites offer a Forecourt Concierge from 10am to 5pm every day, regardless of the weather. You'll need to be prepared to work your share of weekends and public holidays too.
Our Site Leaders are the glue that holds the site together. You’ll be passionate about your store and work hard to ensure standards are kept high.
Leading from the front, you’ll be an absolute rockstar when it comes to customer service, and you’ll make coffee with the best of them.
It’s a demanding role, assuming overall responsibility for ensuring site HSSE and compliance obligations are met and accurate and prompt profitability reporting provided to the Cluster Office.
You’ll be on call 24/7, ready to solve any issues that may arise when you’re away from the site.
Most of our Site Leader roles are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
